Job Details:

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• First Timers Accepted: No

• Skills REQ: Outpatient, Acute Care, LTC/SNF, Pediatrics Preferred

• Is on-call REQ: No

• Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: No

• Open to accommodating a block schedule: Yes

• Pending License Accepted: Yes

• Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks

• Largely outpatient pediatric population. Department serves hospital (IP and swing bed), LTC and outpatient

• Ability to transition from inpatient, to OP and LTC

• Facility provides housing and a rental car/vehicle to travelers during assignment

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AK License

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• PREFERRED: national patient safety goals/core measures, Billing, Feeding Techniques Oral/Motor, disability sequence test

• REQUIRED: acute disorder, chronic disorder, functional activities, Standardized Assessments, developmental testing/treatment, mental retardation

• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
