I was born into a family of nurses in Eastern Europe and grew up hearing the craziest patient stories & hospital conditions of the late 90s. Naturally so I found my calling in recruiting during the worst days of the pandemic in 2020. As chaotic as that time was for all of us working in healthcare, this was a match made in heaven for me. After completing his MBA in 2010, Rey got inspired to merge his extensive healthcare experience and unique perspective while applying his entrepreneurial passion to building TheraEx Staffing. In 2019, Rey recently graduated from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, as an investment to TheraEx as a small business so it can continue to create jobs and economic opportunity.
