Job Details:

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift:  Monday - Saturday 8a-5p

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Weekend Hours: half to full day (Saturday and Sunday)- depends on census and patient needs

• Additional Notes: Each FT discipline and PRN will be required to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month

• Number of Beds: 40 (12 of those include our TBI unit)

• Patient Ratios: 5:1

• Equipment: Vectra Bioness Gait training system, Bionik Arm, Synaptic, Lite Gait, Saebo, Ekso Skeleton (coming soon)

• EHR: Cerner

• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: adult (18 +)

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, BKA/AKA, hip fractures/replacements, knee replacements, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Debility, Cardiac

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AR License

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Discipline specific license, BLS

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: preferred experience with inpatient rehabilitation prior to applying

• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
