Job Details:

Pay: $ per week (to be updated)
Positions Open: 1
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: M-F 8AM-4:30PM
Time to Report: typically 7am for OT staff at 8am for PT staff
40 hours weekly guarantee
Facility Setting: Inpatient
Patient Ratios: PT/OT staff oversee about 9 patients. These are the patients that therapist will report on in team conference but not necessarily see every day
Float Requirements: Ability to float to other location (15min away) if needed due to census
Number of beds in your facility: 50
Equipment: In-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and VR
EMR for your facility: UDS and Cerner
Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Adults
Scrub colors: Maroon
Parking Location: Any 3rd row parking spot if in the front of the build, any parking spot if on the side of the building
