Job Details:

• Pay: $2469.60 per week

• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: Mon - Fri 9 -530

• 36 hours weekly guarantee

•  Wide range of patients

• Volume: 8 - 10 patients per clinician

• 45 minute appointments for our patients

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted IL License

• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

• Must have at least 2 year of experience

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
