• Start Date: 10/14/2024
• Length of Contract: 13 weeks Contract
• Setting: Home Health
• Patient Type: Adult and Geriatric Patients
• Shift: Days (Monday – Friday)
• Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm  40 hours per week - 5x 8hr shifts
• On Call/Weekend Requirement - 1 Weekend per month required
• Coverage Area: Hemet, CA - Will need to cover other desert areas like Palm Springs  and Palm Desert ( Average miles per day/week 90 miles a day

• New Grad Friendly – Active California Physical Therapist  Licensed Required
• AHA/ ARC CPR/ BLS Card Required
• Covid Vaccine Card Required
