Job Details:

• Pay: $ 2720 per week

• Travel - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) 

• Position Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Day  8-4:30 M-F

• Facility Setting: Outpatient mostly some MS and aRU

• Number of beds in your facility: 75 bed Acute care hospital

• What is the work schedule for this position: Tuesday Through Saturday - Day shift

• EMR for your facility: Epic

• Scrub colors / dress code: black scrubs

• Parking Location: On site

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted OK License

• Active BLS via American Heart Association

• Preferred experience level? Must have CCC

• Years of Experience REQ: 1year

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Ortho, Neuro preferred but not required 

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, Amputee, Ortho

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
