Job Details:

• Pay: $ 1700.00 per week
• • Role LPN
  • Specialty: Long Term and Short Term Care
  • Shift: Evenings 3-11
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
  • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
  • Required Certifications: AHA BLS
  • Years of Experience: 1+
  Unit Information:
  • Number of Beds: 90
  • Patient Ratios: Evenings 1:15- 23,
  • Equipment: Hoyer Lifts, Sit-to-Stands, kangaroo pumps, IV pumps, Oxygen Tanks and Concentrators, Glucometers
  • EHR: Point Click Care
  • Supervisor: Onsite Mon-Fri 24 hours (except on Holidays and RTO), Charge Nurse Onsite Sat/Sun 7am - 11pm, On Call Administrative RN Every Weekend
  • Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Geriatric and adult

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted License
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Unit
• BLS via American Heart Association - required
• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
